SeaCapital is thrilled to announce that The Gallery Collective Kogarah is now officially calling for settlement! To ensure a smooth and safe experience for all owners and selling agents, SeaCapital has arranged full on-site management throughout the settlement process.
On-Site Safety & Procedures:
- Valuation Inspection – For professional valuers only. Please book via our hotline: 1300 996 908.
- Pre-Settlement Inspection – Selling agents must accompany owners. Please scan and book via the on-site booking system.
- Key & Settlement Package Collection + Building Orientation – Every owner will receive a Designed Building Menu and a Settlement Celebration Package, prepared in collaboration with HYZ Development Group.
At SeaCapital, “Owner First” is our priority. The building management company Delux will provide Building Manager Danny on-site to oversee the final inspection of each apartment and ensure prompt follow-up on any defects.
